求職面試的時(shí)候,我們經(jīng)常會(huì)談到benefits package(福利包),也就是該公司能夠?yàn)閱T工提供的各項(xiàng)福利待遇,大部分可能都體現(xiàn)在金錢(qián)方面。其實(shí),很多公司雖然工資待遇不是很高,但是提供的soft benefit(軟福利)卻相當(dāng)吸引人。 什么是“軟福利”? Soft benefit is a type of non-monetary compensation offered by employers to members of their staff for performing their jobs. Many senior employees are offered a valuable soft benefit or perk like a company car instead of money as part of their overall remuneration. Soft benefit(軟福利)指雇主對(duì)員工提供的非金錢(qián)性質(zhì)的工作報(bào)酬補(bǔ)償。比如,很多資深員工都會(huì)享受到公司配車(chē)等高價(jià)值軟福利作為他們工作報(bào)酬的一部分。 In tight labor market, companies are adding 'soft' benefits, such as free trips or child-care services, so they can hold on to the talent they have. 在勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)緊縮的情況下,各公司都會(huì)增加諸如免費(fèi)旅游或者小孩看護(hù)服務(wù)等“軟福利”來(lái)留住人才。 |
